Blue loot dropped by the sleepers is sold to NPC's, so it acts like a bounty, the difference is you have to take it to the NPC.


Ah okay so the the difference between blues and minerals is that one is sold to NPC's and the other is sold to the players. Thanks for clearing that up.

Seriously guys i have been watching live EVE fanfest streams for 3 years and there is ALWAYS lack of microphones runners in audience.


Isn´t it time for CCP to hire 2-3 guys (volunteers?) to tackle this seemengly small problem for FanFest participants and huge problem for Stream viewers, since we can´t hear audience questions etc.


Also, good pilots of EVE, please donate on my account for salvation of minmmatar orphanage on Tash Murkon prime, who are in desperate need of baby foodP

I may have missed it but did you they how Dust is going to be profitable for CCP? Will a have to use real money to compete or will i be able to earn everything in game?

Everything will be available for isk, but you can also buy the stuff with money/aurum

Huge props to the guy who asked the question about disconnects.

Just last night actually i was floating in space thinking everything was ok until i tried to talk to someone and it started beeping at me every time i hit Enter key to send my message. Eve sometimes sits disconnected for many many minutes without informing you that you've been DC'd

This is a fairly serious thing when you're sitting there alone waiting for something to happen


Also, all the followup questions/suggestions about this same thing shows how big of an annoyance this is. This is one of those things that would be appreciated by everyone!



I also need to confirm that
Linux > Windows > Mac

/agree with the folks mentioning mic coverage... at least hang a cardio over the stage pointing at the audience... not as specific as mic runners but better than "murmurmurmur" "Ahh yes!"

Let me start with, how bad the HD stream for FW is... Really bad stuttering every minute or two.

Why no problems though, during the idle chit-chat between sessions...?

So what do you guys say about Dust 514 Battlefield Roles presentation. It´s probably best part of FanFest for me till now.

There was a lot of interesting informations about the game and have to say i am getting pretty enthusiactic about it, im specially satisfied with the way they integrated EVE world into ground battles and soldiers skill and classes seem to be very intriguing.

if there was only PC version on the horizont, that would be great ...
