Recently bought this character 4-5 days ago and i checked that singularity has to be updated in order for this character to show up in test. From since i bought this character, singularity hasnt changed. On my main account in Tranquility, i send money from my main to my alt and in singularity, i see the transfers but i dont see the character i transfering to, which is this one.

Any help? Do i need to be activated in order for this to work? If this was posted in a wrong topic then tell me. I have no idea how this forum works.
