Need some help figuring fanfest prices please.

One of my buddies got the bright idea of going to fanfest next year. Sounds great but I am trying to plan for the cost. Its a bit late to look at the deals this year to get a ballpark estimate of the cost of airfair and whatnot. I was wondering if you guys would help me out and tell me what it is costing you. We live near Chicago. So far I believe it will cost 2500 a person, including travel, tickets, food, ect. Thanks for your help in advance!

I don't need alot of detail. The cost to fly out of the states or the room rate for the hotels would be helpful.
