Trouble in MERC contracts?

I Heard there were some kind of trouble in the merc contracts channel between some of the people listed there

Merc 1 > I dont think merc listed corps/alliance should dec eachother
Merc 2 > but it happens
Merc 2 > so we deal with it

Then shortly after one of the moderators jumped in and gave them a warning for talking about it.

Please enlighten me C&P!

I'm not aware of any rule that says mercs can't fight each other. Counter-mercing is perfectly valid.

The mod in question hired him self to war Dec a fellow merc corp because of massive but hurt. When that wasn't enough he hired greifer corps to assist. Yet they keep loseing t3's. That is what you over heard. Eve news 24 has has had the Intel for over a week but riverani is friends with the mod in question. It is politics in eve and high sec ones at that. End of it all it won't change much in eve for any one else.

Hmm, i've been asking around and it looks like Khromius has started the trouble?

A few people are saying that he is trying to force smaller mercs out of the business by bullying them into submission
.. or am i missing something here? What?

To be honest it all started over a miss understanding of rules. Then the said MOD who was rampant on the rules being this way goes and breaks his own rules. When one my members tried to get clarification of the rules from him, after he insulted them for no reason, he decided to declare war on us to try to force his might.

I guess he expected us to roll over and die but being small we brought our friends. Mind you it was a 50 man alliance vs a 15 man corp; so the smart thing is to get our friends involved to try to even the numbers. Well Khromius and Yuller deciding that they have to keep one upping us keep hiring griefers. This really hasn't effected us in the way I think they hoped and we just keep getting more friends out of this ordeal.

I am cool with following rules since I am military. Catch me a Sergeant that is troubling a private about the rules and then goes and breaks them himself though and he is going to get a talking to. That is just unexecusable behavior. If you are a MOD and want the rules enforced then enforce them and don't break your own rules.

In all honesty if one the other MODs had broken the rule my member probably wouldn't have cared and tried to call them out on it because they are not the ones on a campaign that the rules must be followed to a T.
