17bil for a 22mil SP char who is listed as a carrier pilot and doesn't even have Jump Drive Operation 5??!!

Let's see what we've got here:

- Jump Drive Operation 4 (that means no JDC or JFC at all)
- Energy Emission Systems 4 (that means no Capital Energy Emission Systems)
- Shield Emission Systems 3 (that means no Capital Shield Emission Systems)
- no Heavy / Sentry drones (not even T1)

Now let's about Marauder, you only have Caldari BS 5 so it will be Golem:

- Marauders 2 (really only at level 2)
- 2,9mil SP in missiles (indeed in had T2 torps)

This is an work in progress, if you get an 8bil offer TAKE IT.
