Latest Patch, thanks for the settings reset :S

Downloaded a tiny patch this morning, after resigning the EULA, I log into game, to find that ALL of my settings are completely wiped. As if I already didn't have enough clicking to do, I have to reconfigure EVERYTHING, :/

Ditto this - 2nd patch reset in last few weeks.

Took me 2 hours last time to get everything back like I had it.

Come on CCP, this new loader is not an improvement!

Hmmm. I had that but when I closed the client and restarted it, all of my settings were back. I didn't have to change a thing. To be clear - when the client started after patch, I had the EULA and trailer show up and my settings were gone. I exited the client and restarted it - everything was back as it had been pre-patch.

Confirming that this works. I just closed the window after accepting the EULA and all is back to normal.

some times a simple restart works, some times its starting a new settings folder in my case at least.

users/whatever you are called on your pc/appdata/local/ccp/eve and delete the numbered settings folder. do taht while eve is closed and restart eve. it should find the old settings folder

I can appreciate that closing the client works. Now, if only CCP would let us know this.

Honestly, these UI resets are getting ridiculous. This is like the third one since Crucible. And it's like this every expansion.

CCP, you seriously need to work on a means for us to backup/restore our UI settings. I seriously can't believe that since the Carbon UI has been introduced that we are still required to manually restore our settings 3 times per expansion times however many accounts we have times however many computers we might use playing Eve. It's Fing BS.

This is why I always have an export copy of my overview, so at least I don't lose that.

Please close EVE and the EVE Launcher and log back in to circumvent this issue.
