Bonus for killing low security status people is going to help things a lot in Lowsec :D About damn time.

Yeah, sounds like a good change.

A reference link to the source of your excitement would help those of us who are lazy!

Yes, sounds like there is no way to exploit this at all.

Probably not, until record of feed comes up somewhere -- also this is still quite preliminary.

I assume the new criminal system will be announced in a DEV blog.

I like the "Suspect" flag too, since everyone will have kill rights on them :D

Watching it now, seems to be the standard FF "we dont know, sounds cool, maybe later, someone elses job, we'll get back to you" response.

Meh.

*death ray instead of concord

*killing someone with negative sec gives + sec

*selling tags gives a sec boost (negative sec players have less effect)

*more detailed battle reports

this is some of the notes i made (though i get some of the above are only ideas that ccp expressed throughout the talk)

I'm with Brick on this one- make thouse carebearing b******s squeal..

True, but sounds like steps to clean it up and let players handle a bit more of what they can instead of NPCs.

The tags for sec sounds pretty good. Dropping more tags and less ISK from rats could help take some pressure off the ISK faucets too.

Also could be used to do faction standings, using tags from the opposing factions, could use it for rat standings as well.

And although they didn't say it (punted to Soundwave), using the suspect flag to mark people jumping through gates with contraband would be possible too. Could nerf the NPC customs agents. Make all these different tags, rat, opposing faction etc also contraband where appropriate.
