Archive Extraction Failed. HALP NO eve for mee!

So I try the offline installer as the inine one says unknown error occured, now I have downloaded both files, both in the same place, with the third one the installing file with them also, and It comes up with archive extraction failed, what do I do, I unistalled eve yesterday, for reasons I wont go into, and now I can't get it back..

I got installed by using the repair tool, told it eve existed in a file which it did not and it reproduced all the file i needed, perfect.
