Right now maybe 2-4b, just see if u can improve his mining and exploration skills a bit more.

Hes used more for covops work than anything now and another character on the account needs to train so im considering selling him, he can fly an the t2 mining ships and an orca as well as a hound and caldari recon ships.

to be honest i dont want to invest more training time into him when hes really easily trainable into the role/s that someone needing an alt would require. I have seen orca/hulk pilots go for 4 bill and he can fly them plus provide cyno and cloaky support as well. I think hes pretty valuable considering caldari cruiser v means hes not more than a 2 months from a really solid tengu either :)

Just hinting :p and the general idea of buying a character too most is, to get a specific toon and not a trainable base. Thats why most will pay premium if they can get a character that can fulfill his desired role directly or in a few days. It also depends on the current availability, but u are right cheap orca miners are always in demand.

dont forget he also fits a decent falcon and stealth bomber as well as being decent for using a cheetah and probing a little
