Hello, space friends.

I come to you today with a question of preference, that being with regards to the look and feel of spaceships. I am torn between the Revelation and the Moros as my next training goals, and I am of the opinion that you elegant gentlemen among the C+P community have a good nose for style. Certainly a better one that the people in S&M. So to you the question is posed: which of the two above named Dreadnought-class spaceships should I learn to fly, and what about its design makes you pick it?

Moros looks like a giant pile of a thousand space whales' byproducts clumped together by gravity.

Id vote the rev. The overal passenger jet feel (see concord) of the jutting over hull then coupled with the massive guns... its lovely.

Puts me in mind of the concept of the AC-130 gunships. And for somethinv that flies I cant think of anything more "dred" than a stripped out cargo plane packed full of guns and guidance electronics ;)

Besides gold is way more shiney than space camo

The overabundance of stunned/knocked in the air/snared abilities turns the late game into "oh you wandered a bit too close, now you get to die while unable to do anything". Seriously, I've spent a solid 10 seconds completely incapacitated. LoL is almost as frustrating as Eve sometimes Big smile

Also, the Revelation is prettier. Go with the shiny.

I find that I become mildly irritated at League of Legends when I play any role other than support. In the tank role, I become irritated if I want to start a team fight but there's no one around to do it; in the carry role, AD or AP, I become irritated if I die due to bad positioning and honestly for just about any other reason; and, in any role other than support, I become irritated if some permutation of the present meta-game causes my champion's death; for example, any character with a built-in blink/dash and disable landing on me tends to get me really bothered, unless I am playing support. Janna and Sona are pretty much my very favourite champions right now, owing entirely to the fact that I rarely die on them and when I do it does not evoke the same feelings of annoyance, disappointment, and rage.

Not to mention the added bonus of the fact that it fires lasers. Feels very spaceship.

Tracking dreads are going to be the new tracking titans.

Moros is the best tracking dread.

I always thought that Blitz would be bets paired with Cho for the amazing combination of grab, rupture, power fist, scream, AOE ult, feed.

I saw a really effective Volibear/Alister pairing that did some impressive early game takedowns and remained solid through to the end game. You should check it out.

Andrei Taganov and I do a Morgana/Xin Zhao pair that stabs the **** out of anything that wanders too far from their partner or a tower in laning phase. Xin is a bit squishy in team fights, though, unless he gets fed early and builds Bloodthirster. On the other hand, he's great for wandering ganks and backdooring towers while everyone else keeps the enemy team occupied.

On the other hand, I've seen jungling Shaco's and Twitches that are absolute ninjas and do that much better.

MOROS
High dps
High tracking (aha)
Low range
Can be shield tanked
ITS A ******* GIANT BRUTIX IT EATS BABIES
Worst damage type against POS

REVELATION
Low dps (for a dread)
Low tracking
Good range
Easier to multibox
The best dd-proof dread.
SHOOTING LAZA

Since you're in GSF, a dd proof revelation could be your best choice. And since I'm a nice guy, this is a fit that may please you :

[Revelation, gewn]
Damage Control II
Capital Armor Repairer I
Heat Sink II
Armor EM Hardener II
Armor EM Hardener II
Armor Thermic Hardener II
Armor Thermic Hardener II
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II

Tracking Computer II, Tracking Speed
Sensor Booster II, Scan Resolution
Cap Recharger II
Cap Recharger II

Dual Giga Pulse Laser I, Multifrequency XL
Dual Giga Pulse Laser I, Multifrequency XL
Dual Giga Pulse Laser I, Multifrequency XL
Siege Module II

Large Trimark Armor Pump I
Large Trimark Armor Pump I
Large Trimark Armor Pump I

With a correct cap support (max legion squad co, erebus and avatar as wing/fleet co) you're :
- cap stable at 75% without the armor repair (jumping right after the pos bash)
- 6k dps, 8k dps burst tank, 2.8k dps tank with guns
- 30km dangerz0ne, up to 90km
- with only a cheap implant (Inherent Implants 'Noble' ZET500 but the name has changed, well the +3% armor that you can expect as a bare minimum for a dread pilot) you have 3m546 EFT EHP.
- 8m230 EHP against EM, so you can take 2 dds from avatars
- you can tank the dd of an erebus

If you have max skills, and you overload your hardeners, you will tank 2 erebus dds or 3 avatar dds. Of course, a levie/ragie will **** your bottom in one shot.
