I tried running Eve. Launcher pops up, starts trying to patch. Doesn't make it past 0%. Pops the following report. OS is Win 7 64 bit. What should I do?

Edit: Follow instructions above. Just make sure you download the right patch. Make sure both the first and last set of number match the one you need. Thanks much.
