15 million skillpoints, can fly a Tengu but needs about 30 days worth of work on support skills to be perfect. Lacks only Freighter skill to fly the Gallente freighter, and Transports skill to fly blockade runner. Good PI skills.

edit: also has 2 or 3 remaps

Should be around 4-5b atm, finish those Sub skills and it should be around 6b.
