First off, let me thank you for clicking this link and checking us out. that's half the battle for a recruiter =D

My name, as you can guess, is Retmas. What you dont know yet, is that i am a Director for Grim Determination Clockworks Inc [GRDEC], the dedicated industrial corp syndicated with PvP corp Grim Determination and their training corp Grim Determination Academy ([GRDE] and [GRDEA], respectively). and, as you can probably surmise from the fact that this is a post in the RECRUITMENT FORUMS, this is a big long post about how we need more miners =D

For we do in fact need miners of both ore and ice, and many of them. We aim to expand our operations to a gargantuan level, and we cant do it alone. We need driven, active players in any and all TZs, with any level of experience. This is not to say we will tolerate a lack of learning: although we understand many players are new and require some time to learn, if you are not capable of learning from your mistakes, then i apologise but i highly advise you to stop reading here.

Our operations include, and in fact hinge, on three aspects: PoS work, Ice mining, and Ore mining, in that order. Now, you will understand, EVE is a game where "Shady" isnt an adjective, it's a way of life, and therefore we cant just farm out all the PoS work to players on day one. However, once we have gotten to know you and made relatively sure you're not a filthy spy, expect the options of helping out to increase by quite a bit ^_^

New players, understand that we bear you no ill will, and in fact welcome you into our ranks. We will ask you to train several things up, and if you've never done Null before, it can be quite daunting, but we are fully willing to help you become a productive industrialist, including the provision of T1 mining barges (within reason - no you may not bait fleets with them) and associated mining lasers. we also are happy to accept PvP alts. edit: stupid.. forum.. code.. -kick kick- raw link to the PvP recruitment page! https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=55755#post55755

now, there is some housekeeping to do before i launch the TL:DR folks' list. we now ask for a sort of 'tithe', in return for staying in some of the more profitable nullsec capsuleers have access to. that is 120 blocks of Dark Glitter per character. this is still in trial, but also a very easy goal to make.

in addition, at time of recruitment we do ask for your complete, full-account API, for a security screening of your account. as i said before, spying and theft are a way of life in EVE, and we have no intention of allowing either in our corp.

as an aside, we do ask that you be TS capable (at least able to hear op leaders, if not speak), however this is not 100% required up front.

Original post has been updated slightly to reflect structural changes to the corp and its requirements of the members. basically, instead of Set Ops >=O, we now have a quota and a standing fleet for mining that provides bonuses. The quota is 120 blocks per character, and then a buy program for ice over that amount. Send me a PM for the exact details.
