I got the same Eve Mail from Lyris Nairn twice on this character. That is in violation of the rule established by CCP.

Are you certain that you don't mean to say you received the same Eve Mail twice on the same account? I have only been sending one mail each to individual characters, but it's entirely possible that you have received the same mail on different characters on that account. It is also possible that you received an email from me, Lyris Nairn, and also received an email from someone else who hit "Reply to All," containing the same content. I can understand your frustration if the latter is the case, but please understand that I am not responsible for the actions of other people if this is indeed the case. Lastly, it is entirely possible that I, being human, have erred. While upon review of my outgoing mails there does not seem to be an instance of me sending more than one mail to you, it is possible that I also missed that; so, if, in the event that I have erred twice and have therefore wronged you through my mistake, then I offer you a sincere apology and ask that you grant me clemency for what was an honest misstep rather than a premeditated attempt to inconvenience or grief you.

Both mails were on this character and both came from you. It wasn't a case of someone hitting reply all. I'll give out an API key if you want to verify it for yourself.
