I've been running level 1 security missions in 0.5 sec space for a while now, over and over. Its the same missions just mixed up in random order...Should I keep doing missions with one agent and get as high a standing with him/her as possible, or just keep on mixing it up? This is starting to get ridiculous, and I kill the targets in like 1 shot each...Also, the rewards only seem to be getting smaller...what should I do now? Its beginning to be super boring...I'm using a Moa with medium hybrid turrets, fyi...any help will be greatly appreciated!

Get social skill to 3, then get Connections skill to 3. Once connections is at 3, you will get lvl 2 missions.

I already sent this info to the OP in a mail since I had the impression that the existing answer was good enough and he wouldn't be back to read this but for those of you that come across this thread later here ya go....

Evelopedia article about agents

The key things you need to make sure you understand are that there are three levels of standing with NPCs...

Faction
Corporation
Personal

When you run missions you gain standing with the agent peronsally, and the corporation they belong to but no faction standings...

Faction standing gains come from the storyline agents that contact you via notifcation email once per 16 normal missions with the same faction and level.

You can gain access to higher level agents so long as any of the 3 standings is at the required level AND the faction standing is at least better than -2.0

Also try reading some of the stuff in this thread

The way to tell when you can run Level II missions - is by looking at the Show Info Button for the corporation you are running them for - then look at the Agents Tab.

This will give you a list of Agents broken down into the three categories AND tell you which ones you have access to. Each Agents listing will show their name and where they are. By doing a show info on that agent you can find out more about them, the system they are in.

You can do the same thing for any other NPC Corporation you might want to run Missions for.

Luckily I already had a little standing with some NPC corps and factions, so once I leveled connections to 2 I gained access to lvl 2 security missions. Thank you! Never would've even known about the skill Lol

Since no-one seems to have mentioned it (sorry if you have, I only skim read the thread) there is an ingame Agent Finder tool that you can use to search for agents.

Required standings aside, it is time to change to the next tier of missions once you are able to basically run the current level of missions in your sleep.

If you are unsure of your abilities, start out with easier missions of that level; a good guideline to the difficulty is the time limit: the shorter that is the easier the mission.
Also, if you salvage your missions, once you are able to do L3s, you should think about acquiring a Noctis. Though the price is steep, it will ultimately save you a lot of time which can be used for more missioning making it worthwile.
