Okay so after destroying all my assets due to complete anger, I decided to get eve back the next day, stupid I know, For some reason eve will not download, I have tried the offline installing way, doing the two packages then using the eve install file,

Anybody else having similar issues?

Your rage quiting has angered the hamsters of CCP. They will not let you join again.

Serious reply: just download the online installer or if you still have EVE on your desktop run the new launcher.

also double check to make sure that all your CCP/Eve files, folders and registry keys disappeared properly after your last uninstall.

Repair.exe in your Eve folder might be able to fix even this however.
