I am looking to buy a Widow pilot and was wondering in wha price range i would have to be willin to pay..

Depends some PvE or PvP caldari toons can fly a widow, but if u want to also have good gunnery skills for pvp than this char will be more expansive. Since u ask for a widow i suspect u need it for PvP, so finding a caldari with good ECM and Gunnery skills is pretty rare as focus. So unfortunately u are looking more likely for a 40m+ skill toon with gunnery or 60m+ with missiles and gunnery. Which if combat focused go from 15-25b.
