Can a destroyer solo-gank a T1 indy?

I'm a carebear thinking of breaking bad, but my PVP skills suck and I can only fly a destroyer ATM. Can a destroyer solo-gank a T1 hauler in hi-sec?

Yeah.

Enjoy destroying you sec status, being forced to live in low sec, have no pvp skills or ships, and well get shut out of the game.

Unless you have an alt ;) then go for it.

Make another character. Train for a catalyst. Spend about two-ish days doing that. Gank to your hearts content.

Yes.

Can a T2 Catalyst solo a tanked T2 Mackinaw or even a badly tanked Hulk?
Yes.

I love using T1 Catalysts to solo Barges. I often try to make them shoot at me first though. Win win!

If they're ******** like most players, yes.
If they aren't ********, no.

I had a Tornado try to gank me outside Jita 4-4 the other day, he only took 1/3 of my Mammoths shields.

killing one hauler isn't going to get him locked out of highsec, and if he has somewhere to rat his status back up in between ganks he can keep it up forever if need be.

The angular speed was probably very high, a normal hit should be enough to kill your mammoth 3-4 times.

Well, if you don't have a corp or an alt it might be a bit of a pain in the rear to get stuff, but otherwise, yeah that's bull.

If only people were forced to live in lowsec, what a glorious day that would be.
Being -10 has never stopped me from ganking stuff in highsec, it has not stopped me jumping triple trimark plated faction bs into highsec and successfully extracting them without a scratch. It hasn't allowed me to be smarter or a better pvper but you take what you can get :)

F that, just can flip miners. Much more emo rage and no sec status hit. I like the ole smash and grab. Fly to belt in cloaky ship, BM a jet can, warp back to station and get in a hauler. Warp to 0 on the can. Transfer their stuff to your hold and warp off with the goods. Many tears have been shed from this. And you can still shop in Jita.
