You really expect someone to pay 22bil for a barely train, 41mil SP, Amarr Carrier?

Let's see what we've got here:

- Amarr Carrier 3
- no Jump Drive Calibration or Jump Drive Conservation
- no Capital Remote Armor Repair (you need Remote Armor Repair Systems 5 and it's only 4)
- no Capital Energy Transfer (you need Energy Emission Systems 5 and it's only 4)
- no Capital Repair (Repair Systems 5 it's ready)
- Fighters 3 and no Sentry / Heavy T2 drones
- you don't have Logistics (you need it at 5 for triage module

- Amarr Dreadnought 2
- you need Advanced Weapon Upgrades at 5 (only 4 now) for siege module

Good luck with the sale but this is no way near a decent (2-3 months training) carrier/dread pilot.
