Has anybody ever tried to pay for EVE using a walmart prepaid visa? I cant seem to get it to work.

Not all shops accept every credit card, especially prepaid ones. I'm not sure, but have you tried using it with Paypal to pay the game that way?

It's a Visa thing.
Buy one of the Prepaid Master Cards.
