I run 2 clients each on there own install, i started a 3rd client using one of them and all was good till it got to the toon select screen, everything fade into the background of the game leaving just the background image, after a few sec my Vid card driver crashed and when it came back the toon select was back but it was confetti looking, so i hit ESC thing it was a setting issue, seeing everything was set to low or off i hit ESC again and found i could see everything right, but on all 3 clients i was getting graphic artifacts ( Sparkles ). i tried restarting the games and my sys, but there still there.

Sounds like a memory or temperature issue (or maybe just somethign the drivers screwed up). No reason to panic. Turn off your PC, wait 1 or 2 minutes, then turn it back on. If the artifacts reappear, check your graphic card's cooling/air stream (e.g. is there dust blocking anything? is the fan running (if there's one), etc.
