Perfect titan skills?

So I watched this video by EVE University and the guys from RAZOR Alliance are saying that it takes 3 years to train for a perfect titan pilot.

That leads me to my question, what skills do I need for a perfect Avatar pilot?

Up to april's balance:
Titan, energy guns + gunnery supports, dd, jump skills, tank, capacitor, jump portal, cloaking, targeting, leadership, thermodynamic + paste, pills, cybernetics (doh!), whining about nerfs on forum.

After april's balance: jump portal.

I need new signature.

If you can use the jump portal and fly the ship, youre good to go ;)
