Is Moon Goo Undervalued?

Alliances used to be able to count on an endless sea of moon minerals to fund their well deserved military empires. However, those days may be passed.

It really happened with wormholes, and PI. Sleepers introduced a new line of materials needed to build a lucrative and powerful line of T3 ships. Things only worsened with PI when every layman could extract various commodities from planets themselves.

I think that CCP needs to re-evaluate the current value of moon goo, because it must be too low.

Things are only impossible until they are not.

LOL, according to the CSM meeting minutes its more likely they will go through with R32 alchemy.

This leads to tech moons evening themselves out with the rest of the R32 moons.

They may also be implementing alliance taxes. This will help replace some of the income lost from tech moons.

Guess so, because no one needs technetium anymore right? Its all T3 with deadspace/officer gear now-a-days. I don't think I know a single miner or industrialist anymore.

But the moon goo industry isn't the powerhouse it once was.

This is the first time I have ever audibly laughed at a thread, well done sir. You are obviously as clueless as you are hilarious.

Admit it, you're just trying to cause a speculation bubble and cash out.

It's not entirely passive. You do have to defend it, feed the POS, move the stuff to market, etc.

CCP could put moongoo in WH. Not much, perhaps only 1% of what K-moons yield, if you're in a C6. It probably won't be rewarding enough to start colonizing WH just for the moongoo, but it will spread out the production of it a bit, with a nice dynamic balance of supply&demand.
