Not a bad character, but with some oddities here and there.

Guided Missile Precision 5 (torps are unguided) instead of Weapon Upgrades 5 and Advanced Weapons Upgrade 4?
Heavy Missile 5 instead of Torpedo Specialization 4?
Maxed out Astrometric skills, but no Cybernetics 5?
