One of the BEST MMOs I have ever played.

As to how difficult old wow was I played a priest that i leveled as holy from 1 to 60 in full healing spec because i felt that shadow tree was for pussies. :P
Anyway MC was so easy that I did my part while being so sleepy that I couldn't make a fire lord from baron geddon (big ass fire lord about 20x bigger) nearly blew up half the raid ...
Naturally I zapped awake and realized I had pretty much slept/zoned through first 4-5 bosses and no one in the raid or TS had noticed a thing. Lol
And frankly all the PvE just as easy once you had them on "farm" with tactics drilled; which for a 40 man raid could took quite a many nights.
Only instance that could be called hard was Naxx and even then only because it required you to carry hundreds of bottles mana, healing and what not with you in order keep up with the encounters.

Anyway to me TBC was the end and thank god I found EVE. Big smile

What the heck?

Blizzard sucks at making Shadow priest work properly (items/sets scaling)-the class it self is clearly a monster if you know how to play it. I have 8 lvl80 in my account, none as ever gave so much fun to play than my shadow.

Welcome to EvE =)

The hardest part about it at first is accepting loss as part of the game. Do that, and you can conquer New Eden Cool

95% of the players are loving EVE, the other 5%? On the forums.

What I love the about the game are those mind-boggling scams that make headlines throughout the gaming community. No other MMO is as dirty or treacherous as EVE. Every time a scandal breaks, I resub just to see what's changed.

Did you know in UO you could cut up your victim's corpse, cook and eat it? Well ok you could do that for the first couple years then ppl complained or something. Still the way you collected a bounty was to chop off the scoundrel's head and bring it to a town guard. Oh the memories ;)

Leveling as holy made you lots of friends. Leveling as shadow made you just another FOTM basement virgin.

I leveled a priest, paladin and Druid as healers from 1 to 80.

Guess what I tend to fly most in fleets when playing EVE?

Eve Online is the only MMO that has held my interest since Asheron's Call. And since were all slinging spells around, one from Asheron's Call: Jevak Quaguz!

UO...the only MMO I ever loved (also pre-Tram!) so much I even tried to play it from South Africa on my 56k modem. Alas also the only MMO that is /STILL NOT/ tolerant of high latency! I used to run a 'mall' at Buccs Den gate on Europa and made a killing stocking all the PK'ers and other 'innocent' passerbys. Sorry to derail, OP Pirate

Welcome to EVE! The depth of this game is phenomenal - even if someone is harvesting your tears from time to time...

Some of the most fun I've had in MMOs was in Warhammer Online, with the RvR there, but it was only fun if the sides were fairly even, but unfortunately most times they were not.

Hi and welcome.

If you want people to like you (well, forum people), you must not mine, run missions or incursions. You must fly untanked haulers with a valuable cargo in and out of low sec over and over.

This is a VGN (Vets Gank Noobs) game after all and you have to play it the way the majority of forum warriors tell you to or you will be ridiculed.

Have fun!
