It seems that after years of rumors and speculation, the godfather of all apocalyptic RPGs finally gets a true sucessor... and by the same team that made Wasteland 1, no less!

Yeah i'm still failing to see what all the hype is...especially since most games developed with this kind of cash influx scheme never see the light of day.

So it's fallout...but not fallout due to legal hi-jinx?... Except it came first, and... I like a guy who stick to his guns, but still why is this so awesome?

It looks terribly ugly now of course but it was revolutionary in its day (1988)
The combat, the NPCs which did their own thing now and again, and that the world could be changed and stayed changed.
It was also bloody hilarious to play.
I'm certainly willing to pay $15 to see a sequel by the original creators.
