Error:_PyFreeType.dll missing and repair tool

Hi, since the launcher has been released i've not been able to log EVE.
This is the error i get from the repair tool started from EVE folder.

The launcher i think is updated (v1.11) but it says _PyFreeType.dll is missing from the bin folder.
I've tried to run the repair tool from the bin folder.

I've tried running it with the modem and eset firewall (I have eset smart security 5) .Same error.

have you tried making exceptions for repair.exe,eve.exe,launcher.exe, and eveexe.exe in advanced eset options under web&email-->protocol filtering section?

if you havent already try it, restart comp and hope for the best. thats the first error i got but now i get the 16bit application error and can only run eve off of eveexe.exe in bin folder.

Thank you. I wasn't able to find that option before now. Now it works, but i had to disable completely the protocol filtering. Isn't it unsafe?
