Speaking of killmails BTW. if you hit a ship and warp off grid you still get on the kill mail as well as after your ship explodes. If you jump or dock though you loose credit.

Close but not quite complete you will be on the killmail as long as the victim doesn't undergo a session change i.e jump or dock etc.

example IVY had decided to GTFO when the dreads showed up, most of us were 2 or 3 systems away when it exploded which is why the ship type is unknown.

-If some guy jumps in to your mission site and starts salvaging it's normal, he can perfectly do so and you shouldn't engage it or be bothered by this

-If some guy jumps in to your mission site, starts salvaging AND looting he will become red skull for you witch means you can shoot him, but by doing this you will give him the right to shoot you back for 15min.

What to do in this case?

-If you shot his alt/own crapy T1 frigate and he ran away: warp yourself to some previous mission site, celestial, POS or just bounce between those for 30sec, you can then warp yourself to the station and dock up.

-Don't shoot the blinky guy !!! -he's not there for your loot or salvage, he's only there to scout your ship looking for pimpy items, get your agresssion by any means and once he has it you'll see him jump in his uber faction/officer fitted pvp set up and kill you in a matter of seconds, all this just to loo some stuff and sometimes just to show a stupid isk ration KB that only himself and other stupid guys like him fap in front of.

-You can choose to kill the trigger if he's close to the next spawn, with a little bit of chance he'll get scramed webbed and being in pvp setup you'll se it melt like butter. Just screen shot his stupidity and make a good link in your Bio, eventually link it everytime he shows in local.

1st never use ships that you can't afford to loose

2nd if you know you're going to mission for a wile in those systems adn around pick a ceptor or the fastest frigate you can fit/use, make at least 3 security BM's if possible at around/over 60 AU

3rd never shoot the crappy high sec pussie piwate, he's harmeless if you completely ignore his ego and you'll probably see it convo you or cry in local, collect his rivers of tears because you didn't agressed him. Profit and make fun of him in local, he'll get mad because he's ridiculous, well, he just found someone else that noticed too.

4th never use ships that you can't afford to loose

Not sure if still possible but the 15 minute aggro flag could (can?) be extended by shooting your wrecks.

In short, don't shoot mission looters, they only want to make you cry.

When you jump into a gate camp, stay calm - you have 60 seconds of gate cloak. Don't panic - observe your surroundings and decide calmly whether to try to break through or burn back to the gate.

But they don't see through plastic wrap.

There is a tab in your map to show corp members in space. You don't need roles to see it.

Your monocle.

It appears displaced.

Here is a good one-

For some modules, their faction counterpart can cost equal or less than their T2 counterpart, despite using less ship resources and/or giving a better bonus.

One such example is most passive armour hardeners.

if you dont do anything unless you can afford the loss, the first two years of game play will be minning to make ISK or be docked and waiting to build up SP.

This is mostly for explorers. If you reach a site with a bunch of cans form a fleet with yourself. (right click on one of your alts and 'form fleet'). You don't get the bonuses when solo, but you can now access the 'Tag' feature to keep track of which cans you have touched.

On the same lines as this:

If you have an alt and one of you has SP in Leadership, form a fleet and leave the alt in the same system as you (cloaked, if safety is an issue). You'll get a small boost to several ship attributes, absolutely free.

If you want to be safer on hi-sec belt take your alt and attack yourself at belt. Concord will apear your alt will loose some Ss but you will be guarded and concord will be acting faster now ;)

When referring a product in chat, you can open the product in market overview and DRAG / DROP the item picture to chat.

When asking for a Price Check (PC) in a channel, dump the link of the item in the channel.

When answering a PC reply with a LOWEST SELL / HIGHEST BUY answer, add your regional location to complete the information.

Note, names of chars can be DRAG / DROP'ed in chat too, you can also re-drop named people / item names used in a chat.

I'm pretty sure this isn't allowed.

This could be fun.

You can drag fittings onto the market quickbar so you don't have to go hunting for modules in the main market view! (you need to add ammo seperately though)

You can set priorities in the overview window for both icon and background for instance:
For background I have
1. Fleet
2. Corp
3. Alliance

For Icon I have:
1. Corp
2. Fleet
3. Alliance

This way it makes it easier to see where my corp mates are in massive fleets. having a little green square on a purple background.

P.S: Does anyone know how to change the colour of the corp/alliance tags that appear after peoples names?

shortcut keys are underutilised (certainly by me!)

how many times have you clicked on your drones, and clicked right engage target ?

for the majority of people with a 3 button mouse, set a hotkey on mouse3 for "all drones:engage"

save yourselves many, many mouse clicks Big smile - now just click the middle button and the drones go for your first target
