I had already voted, but played with the tool. Whittled down choices eliminating questions and candidates as I felt they diminished in relevance. Was actually surprised to see the person I voted for end up my number one choice at the end. Had someone I hadn't really considered much as a second choice, found that interesting. Good tool IMHO.

It's not like you just take the first answer it gives you. give your own weight by deselecting questions and people.
