Redeemable items

Whilst playing EVE I have discovered that I have some "redeemable items", looking through I see some ammo and the odd ship I can redeem, but when I look at the description it says "item purchased from the EVE Online website" But I have never purchased anything from the EVE website. Can anyone shed some light on what I've done to get these items?
