User ID for Old Legacy API Keys

I seem to need the old style API key in order to register for mumble & forums for a char of mine. But when I go to the support site to check API keys, the ID fields are only listed for the new customizable APIs.

Does anyone know where or how I can find the ID for the legacy APIs?
