Handshake Failed - Server Failure

I am in Florida. I don't believe this is ISP or connection related. This character was kicked from an active session and can't get back on. Another account, however can and currently is connected. It is account related it would seem.

Kicked at 10 after the hour (damned if I can ever remember server time), had been on about an hour. Handshake etc error...

I was in the character creator and was disconnected, was roughly around 1400.

I had 5 toons logged in at the time and they all disconected and cant get back in

I logged on with my 6th account and logged in fine but my watch list says all my toons are still logged in

DC'd around 14:00 and unable to get back in. Alt who had not logged in today is able to get online.

Was multiboxing 3 accounts, all 3 got booted out. All 3 have the handshake failure. All 3 are still online in the "People & Places" tab in Eve.
Now using the 4th account to look around, im not seeing any of the ships in space though they are still "Logged in".

ISP Caiway.

No good sirs i don't like this one bit.

EDIT: I logged in for the first time around: 13:45~

I got logged out on a gate jump, then error when trying to get in at around 14:00 yes.

my first login attempt was shortly after 1400 i guess. on this first attempt i made it to the character selection screen which then froze. i had to close the client and from the on got the message "Handshake Failed".
