So the story begins... After about six months of being away from eve I have made my return this time I a isk grinding and living in a c5 static c5. Six months ago you could warp into an instrumental and fined two lovely sleeper battleships waiting with a smile and a scram web and neut for you. Now you warp in and there is four of them smiling. Also you could warp into a server bank and find an abandoned talocan battle ship waiting for you now there is none. So maybe I'm missing some thing here but when did these changes get made or is it I'm just I'm living in a worm hole that makes it up as it gose.

Six months is a long time, a few changes have been made.

The sleeper spawns in many ladar sites (instrumental being one of them) were doubled with the crucible expansion. Probably because the 2 BS instrumental was a bit easy for half a billion isk.

The abandoned talocan battleship spawn is Random, sometimes it is there when you warp in and sometimes its not. Hell, sometimes it spawns randomly while you are in the site.
