FW choice: Amarr or Caldari?

So I'll give you the rundown here. I have a toon im thinking of putting into the FW. What I am looking for is the ability (realistic) to log on, find a small gang or if not, set out alone and get some action. I am tired of blobs ALL THE TIME, and just want to get into fights on a smaller scale say of 1-6 pilots. I can run lvl 4 missions for Caldari and ammatar so either way, isk wont be an issue.

Out of these two entities, which one seems to fit into my wants better?

Depends on your timezone. I quess if you are in EU timezone, you can help balance the numbers in Caldari front. US tz is probably quite blobby on either side from what i've heard.

Amarr or Caldari?
This decision has no impact on whether or not you're going to find what you're looking for. Oh and Amarr.

Any side im on really. Im told im the nicest person in eveRollRollRoll. So atm either Amarr or Minnie cause im on each.TwistedTwistedTwisted
