Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Alright, I've been trying to get my game brought up to Crucible 1.5, and the launcher kept failing to updated at the same spot (10.7%). I had been having some lock-up issues in the game with one particular mission (no matter what system the mission was, that one particular mission [I cant remember the name right now] would lock up my laptop and I'd have to reset it.)

So, I uninstalled my game completely, and re-downloaded it. Now, my game won't install at all. It gets to the extraction stage and then decided to give me an "Archive Extraction Failed: 1003." This is maddening and I just want to get back to my game so I can get back to managing my corporation.

I've tried the workaround of downloading the 2 payloads and the installer, but I get the same thing every time. Can anyone help me get back to my men?
