Simple idea : Tags when not fleeted

As a full-time explorer, I run a lot of radar and mag sites. Often there are quite a few cans at these sites, more than I can target at one....sometimes over a dozen. The only way to keep which you have and have not checked straight is by tagging the cans.

Simple enough...strangely, this requires you to create a fleet...usually a fleet with only one member, the only purpose of which is to allow you to tag cans.

This is kinda silly.

You should be able to tag objects without being the leader of a fleet. Instead, your tags should only e visible to people below you in the chain-of-command of a fleet.

this would make life a lot easier and seems to be one of those features totally without a purpose.
