1. Because CCP has been changing module names I believe a few in the science and industry could use a little bit of LOVe from the DEVs.
For example: the decryptor's could use the same color scheme that is carried on throughout most the game. Caldari blue, and so on. It would also be more convenient if the decryptor's were named Caldarian prototype diagram, so when individuals remotely install an invention they can easily find what they need to.

2. A solution to the invention process.
So after the invention process we should be able to add runs to the copy, but receive some kind of reduction in quality in the copy. Perhaps adding a new element to any fresh invention, the copy would come out of the oven having a quality adjustment factor of 100%, new decryptor's for multiplying runs on new inventions could be used that would change the quality adjustment of the invention. So if one new decryptor adds 10 runs but penalize you 95% on the quality adjustment factor leaving you unable to make any other adjustments. But once the blueprint has been used there's no additional changes allowed. It would be nice if a successful invention could be put back under the microscope for one last upgrade before it hits the manufacturing line.

Overhauling the S&I interface would be enough. Although I wouldn't say that T2 BPOs are a problem. Invention is fine (minus the clickfest, but that's where overhauling the interface thing comes in).
