you nailed it - i was -6.8 (skills corrected) with amarr/caldari from overdoing faction gallente L4's, up until recently. Once I realized that, I dumped some ISK on tags / datacenters and ended at around -2 amarr/caldari.

I'm guessing there is a "bottom" you hit with SOE bumps and I must be at it. Fortunately for us all that "bottom" is higher than the minimum required to get into amarr/cadari highsec \0/
