As of the new launcher being released for use, I have been receiving a repeated error during the patching process that has, so far, made playing EVE online impossible for me. I have reported this issue on the forums in a couple of different threads and a petition and have thus far received NO assistance what-so-ever.

I run Windows 7 64bit, and when the launcher begins the patching process it works until it reaches 11.6% progress, where it stops patching and shows an error window with the following report:

Please note this occurs both when I run the updater normally and in Administrator Mode (the above output is from a patching attempt as an Admin).

This issue has been occuring since the new launcher being released, and so far NONE of the suggested troubleshooting (restarting, closing all programs before running the launcher, repair, etc) has shown any resolution.

The only thing that has worked was, before the most recent patch released on 3/14/12, manually patching EVE Online with the executable patch files provided by a helpful Dev.

As this issue recurs each and every patch, and I have STILL not received ANY support for it (after multiple threads and a PETITION that hasn't been LOOKED AT), I would like to see this issue resolved if at all possible as it makes the game UNPLAYABLE.
