Assistance with importxml Member List

So I was wanting to import a corporation member list into a google docs spreadsheet. I went ahead and created a new API key, I choose:
Character: The One I wanted
Type: Corporation
I clicked "All" for "Corporation Members"
Submit


When trying to import the data into the google doc's spreadsheet I receive an error. Below is the formula that I'm using:

=importxml("https://api.eveonline.com/Corp/MemberTracking.xml.aspx?userid=XXX&apikey=XXXXXXXXXXX")

What am I missing? characterid? If so where do I obtain the correct character id?

Yes, it's character id.
