I have some "Domination Crystal Tag" and "Angel Crystal Tag" that I wish to either turn in or do something with. Where and too whom do I turn them into?

I do not wish to sell them to people unless it's proves to be of no value to me.

Or sell at a nearby Market to those systems listed. Some (Gurista Brass for example) can sell at or over 12,000,000 each so be careful ! (see above posting)
