cannot get the installer to download

Ok got a new pc this week great timing no..anyway upgraded to a win7 64bit home premium from a vista32 os pc which had zero problems with it in the past regarding eve updates even updated this week with no problems.

So I goto the eve download page go through all the steps of selecting windows , licensing agreement ,location of instal etc for the installer 2 seconds into the download pop up with ...an unkown error occured while downloading the installer pay load down load manualy so i try those and the same thing happens.

So I try the option of using the metalink as posted by CCP Spitfire so I try the ie versions and wont do nothing so i get firefox and get Down them all sucess I think I get the metalink comes up witht size of the files etc click start and i get a 404 error in the est time tab?? now what .

My old vista 32 pc is working fine with eve im using the same router i just swapped my ethernet cable from one machine to the other 1 works the old pc the new 1 doesnt?

Any other ideas

ok a little update..i got the retiever add on for fire fox for the metalinks and managed to download pay load 1+2 fine and unzipped them fine but it cannot seem to download the executable I get this

connecting to http://content.eveonline.com
404 not found
error opening EVE_Premium_Setup_271273.exe to compute hash


*Edit* got it to download,...tried the instal get the same problem error occured try the manual download lol

Again it sounds like CCP changed some ip/ports around and its wrecking havok with some users.

Few thing. What AV software are you using.

ISP service is through who?

Router Model?

Things I want to look into..
