Building POS Modules

Hello :)

I have a very big doubt.

I'm looking to build some pos modules such as Arrays or Batteries.

EVEHQ, the software i usually use to help me doesn't let me the choice of an Array to choose to build this modules.

So :

1 - Is it possible to build Arrays or Batteries inside a POS ?
2 - If yes, wich are the Arrays used ? Equipment Assembly Array ?

Structures can only be built at stations and outposts.
