Can someone forward me a patch? (Can't DL from EVE site)

For whatever reason, I have never been able to get any patches or downloads from EVE while i'm at home. Nor can I respond to petitions, annoyingly enough - I can make them, but I can't reply to them.

It just fails instantly, every time. I had to take my laptop somewhere else to download the game the first time, and every new patch had me taking my laptop someplace else. When I was using my laptop, this was a minor annoyance.

But I'm using a desktop now, and my alternate plans of using a cell phone internet for patches is in the shop for another week or three.

I'm needing the patch for Windows from 349998 to 350962. If someone can get the file to me by Skype or something it would be great. Even if they're a dev or something, but for obvious reasons the official channels don't work for me.
