Pretty odd that all three of your systems are screwed up in differnt ways though. Bad luck? QA can't test every combination of every hardware/software setup though. Have you previously had issues with these systems and EvE patches?

Perhaps being CEO just isn't enough to get them off their duffs? Perhaps you should amend your post to state how big your house is, how much money you make, how hot your wife is, and how you'd fix this enormous launcher mess that everyone is obviously suffering from...

How about motherboard manufacturers who shipped FX compatable AMD boards without the bios to actually start up with an FX chip. And then when you do get a board that is supposed to work you have to get 3 replacment bios chips. That board still has a 5 egg review on newegg btw.

How one maintains and configures their computer(s) is ultimately the user's responsibility. No developer can test for every possible configuration (or misconfiguration). The fact none of your PC's will run the client is probably the biggest clue to your problem. The overwhelming majority of users aren't having serious issues.

For something browser based, yes..

i have no doubt this has been tested but one particular app/number of apps/dll version is trashing it on some machines.

As I said before, it's entirely possible the reason it crashes on all 3 machines is because it's fighting with an app or driver that you use daily that's on all your machines due to convenience.

You can't always plan for that.

If it b0rked on 90% of machines then, ok, but it doesn't. It unfortunately though, has hit all of yours.

Until they find a workaround it might be worth you thinking what you use on all machines and removing it from one, seeing if it fixes it.
