Gallante cosmos dilemma

I just started this cosmos and have come to a problem. I had just got Avrue's token and the next step I could see from the guide was to go see Jannegiers Estacan. Problem is he won't talk with me. Not sure what I could have done to create this. After getting the token from Mamo Guerre is the next step to talk with Jannegiers Estacan or am I suppose to go somewhere else first? I may have missed a step somewhere, just not sure.

This, you need the right standings with the agent / NPC corp or faction before any agent becomes available to you.

OK, this it what I don't understand. When I go to the cosmos guide for this agent it shows "Required standings to access 0.0". My standings with his faction(Gallante) is 4.25, and with his corporation(Univ. of Caille) is 2.95. But my standing with him is .25 and on eveboard it states the required standing is 1.00. Should I go by what I see on eveboard and raise my standings with him by .75. Or should I already be able to access him from what I read on the cosmos guide?Ugh

What guide are you referring to?

Mamo Guerre is a level 1 Event Agent that is introduced to you while doing missions for Beizan Picholen, another level 1 Event Agent who is referred to you by completing a Data Center 'Cert' mission

After completing Mamo Guerre's missions you would have reported back to Beizan Picholen and completed the rest of his missions and gained Avrue's Token. As for the token, probably best to hold on to it since it leads to unfinished content

Jannegiers Estacan is a level 1 Cosmos Agent. Cosmos Agents only accept Faction standing for access. All other Event Agents accept Faction or Corporation standing for access. CCP has increased the standing requirement for access to Cosmos Agents compared to all other Agents. Currently Cosmos Agents don't show the correct standing needed for access in the Agent info box. Also all Agents accept standing modified by Social skills

Since you already have +4.25 Gallente Faction standing, you should be able to access that agent. Best thing to do is file a petition in-game. I forget which section it would be, probably Agent Access.

Here is the link to the guide I'm using.http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Gallente_COSMOS_Guide. I just got Avrue's Token and the next agent from what I see on the guide is Jannegiers Estacan but he says "I have nothing for you". I guess I'll try to file a petition and hopefully they will just let me start over. I'm not that deep into it yet. Thanks for the response.

Ahhh, that write up includes some of the Data Center Agents mixed in with Cosmos Agents.

I've included walk thru guides for all Event Agents that give Faction standing increase in the Faction Standing Repair Plan, check it out.
