I am looking for a programmer fluent in php-mysql.

I need a "stand alone" fitting tool, similar to battle clinic's fittings area that uses phpbb3's authentication data.

A detailed concept design has been made and I will assist in any way possible.



Payment will be discussed behind closed doors.
