Does The Mittani believe in the use off Terror.

You haven't presented any reasons why people shouldn't vote for The Mittani. You just posted one of his quotes, then told people not to vote for him. With a title like "Why You should Not vote for The Mittani", I came expecting a solid reason. I have been disappointed!

You might want to look at CSM6's accomplishments before you whine. I'm sure if you actually bothered to pay attention to CSM6's productivity, you would see that Mittens is the best choice to lead CSM7. No one else had the leadership skills that he has to ensure that things get done.

Mittani hates me, he talks about me almost as much as he talks about himself. He mentioned me in four seperate "State of the goonion" addresses. While you cant stop him from becoming chairman, you can hit him where it hurts by electing me.
