loot on faction spawn nerf?

Hello

I'm just wondering something, In the past days I got something like 15-20 faction BS spawn (plex, escalation and belts) and I only got crap loots... The best items i've got was two faction smart bomb...

Is it normal or just a nerf? I remember that the loot was better the last time i did this...

Faction loot is random despite any patterns you might be inclined to perceive based upon dismissively small sample sizes.
