FW contact adding, how to?

So I want to add FW targets to my scout alt, obviously CCP has no easy to use "add Amarr FW", so Im going to have to do it corp by corp. Is there anywhere I can find a list of Amarr FW corps?

The normal way of doing it is to have your scout join the opposing FW faction then they're all nicely highlighted Straight
